The firm is prioritizing candidates with strong ERISA, employee benefits, labor, or IP litigation experience who can originate and lead work.
The role offers collaboration across regional offices and flexibility to support strategic growth initiatives in corporate, mass torts and IP litigation. The team values partners who can bring a portable client base and work with existing practice groups to expand regional capabilities.
- Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
- Partner-level experience in employment & labor, ERISA/C&B, labor relations or IP litigation
- Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and cross-office collaboration
- Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
