Senior partner-level role for an experienced energy and construction lawyer to join a well-established international practice in Dubai. The role focuses on oil & gas, energy and infrastructure projects across the region, advising sponsors, contractors and financiers on complex transactions and disputes.

The firm is seeking a senior hire able to lead and grow the regional team, contribute to business development, and act as a visible market-facing partner. The position offers responsibility for high-value matters and the chance to shape regional strategy.

Proven partner-level experience in energy and construction matters, including oil & gas and infrastructure projects.
Track record of leading teams on complex cross-border transactions and/or contentious matters.
Demonstrable client development skills and ability to bring or grow a portable practice.
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills; experience with regional clients and regulators.
Qualified solicitor or lawyer in a recognised common law jurisdiction; eligible to practise in the UAE or able to obtain relevant permissions.
