Leading international law firm is seeking a Dubai-based partner to lead and grow its Energy practice in the Middle East. The role combines client relationship leadership, deal and project execution, and team development across renewable and traditional energy matters.

The partner will advise on project development, commercial contracts and regulatory matters for regional sponsors, developers and financing parties. The team works across cross-border transactions and local regulatory frameworks.

Established partner-level experience focused on energy law, projects or transactions.
Track record of leading complex energy mandates and managing teams.
Strong commercial drafting and negotiation skills on project and commercial contracts.
Ability to develop business in the region and, ideally, a portable practice or client relationships relevant to the Middle East market.
Eligible to work in the UAE and admitted or able to be admitted in a relevant jurisdiction; Arabic language skills are a plus but not required.
