Senior partner hire to lead and grow an energy and environmental practice from the Dubai office of a major international law firm. The role focuses on advising on energy projects, regulatory and environmental matters across the region, and developing client relationships with regional sponsors, developers and regulators.

The firm is seeking a commercially-minded partner who can manage complex transactional and regulatory workstreams, supervise junior lawyers, and contribute to business development in the Middle East. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of originating work in the energy/environment sector is important.

Experienced partner with a strong background in energy and environmental law in the UAE/Gulf region.
Proven ability to lead transactions, regulatory matters and cross-border mandates.
Established business development record; portable practice or demonstrable origination history preferred.
Ability to supervise and mentor junior lawyers and contribute to practice growth.
Admission/eligibility to practice as required for the role.
