Leading international law firm is seeking a Partner to join its Energy & Environmental practice in Dubai. The role focuses on transactional and advisory work across energy and environmental matters for regional and cross-border clients.

The successful candidate will lead and grow the practice in the Middle East, supervise and develop a team, and work closely with other regional offices on complex mandates. This role requires strong business development capability and a demonstrable portable practice.

Established partner with significant transactional experience in energy and environmental matters.
Proven track record of originating and winning mandates; ability to bring a portable book of business.
Experience advising on cross-border deals and regulatory/environmental issues in the Middle East (Gulf/UAE) preferred.
Strong leadership and client-management skills; ability to build and mentor a regional team.
Qualified to practise in a common law or relevant jurisdiction; international qualifications or experience an advantage.
