Partner — Energy & Environmental, Harrisburg

Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow an energy and environmental practice in the Harrisburg office. The role focuses on advising clients on energy projects, infrastructure matters and related environmental and regulatory issues.

The partner will run engagements, manage and mentor associates, work closely with cross-office teams on complex transactions and regulatory matters, and play a leading role in business development for the region.

This is an opportunity to join an established national practice with resources to support expanding a client portfolio and enhancing market presence in energy and infrastructure work.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Significant experience in energy and environmental matters, including infrastructure projects and regulatory compliance
• Proven client development skills and prior team leadership or practice management experience
