Leading international law firm seeks a partner to join its Paris energy practice. The role focuses on transactional and regulatory work across the energy sector, advising corporates and investors on deals, project development and sector-specific regulatory matters.

We are looking for a commercially minded partner with an established practice in energy and the ability to originate and grow work in France and cross-border matters. The team advises on a mix of M&A, project and regulatory assignments involving traditional and transition-energy clients.

Established partner-level experience in energy law, with a track record on transaction and regulatory matters.
Demonstrable portable practice / ability to bring or develop client relationships in the energy sector.
Experience on cross-border matters and comfort working with multi-jurisdictional teams.
Strong commercial and business development skills; fluent in French and English preferred.
