Partner, Finance & Banking — Abu Dhabi

Senior finance partner role to lead and grow a regional finance practice from the Abu Dhabi office. The role combines originating work, managing a team, and acting as the senior client relationship lead on complex banking and finance matters across the Gulf region.

The successful candidate will join an established international firm platform, work closely with regional and international colleagues, and play a central role in business development and team leadership. This is a client-facing position requiring strong market presence across UAE and neighbouring jurisdictions.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in banking & finance (syndicated lending, project finance, acquisition finance or similar)
• Proven track record of originating work and developing client relationships in the UAE/MENA market
• Experience managing and mentoring mid-senior associates and leading cross-border matters
