Partner, Finance & Banking and Securities — Boulder

Senior capital-markets partner sought to join a busy Finance & Banking and Securities practice in Boulder. The role focuses on leading public and private capital markets transactions, advising issuers and underwriters, and working across financing and securities-regulatory matters.

The hire will work closely with deal teams, mentor junior lawyers, and help expand the office practice in the Rocky Mountain market. This is a partner-level, client-facing role with significant origination and practice-development responsibilities.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Established partner-level experience in capital markets and securities transactions
• Proven ability to originate and lead complex financing matters and manage deal teams
• Active bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligibility to obtain admission
