Leading national law firm is seeking a partner to join its Boulder office to lead and grow a finance-focused practice. The role will focus on credit and corporate finance matters, with opportunities to advise banks, credit funds and corporate borrowers on transactional work.

The team handles complex financing structures and cross-border matters; the successful candidate will take a visible client-facing role, lead deal execution, and contribute to practice development locally and nationally.

Established partner-level experience in finance and banking transactions, including private credit and corporate finance.
Proven track record of leading deals and managing transactional teams.
Strong client relationships and business development capability; a portable practice or book of business is welcomed.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or eligible for admission.
