Partner — Finance & Banking (Fund Formation & Investment Management), Dubai

Senior partner role to lead and grow a funds and investment management practice in Dubai. The role will focus on fund formation, investment management structuring and cross-border finance work for institutional and private market clients.

The successful candidate will join an established regional team and will be expected to develop business locally and across the firm's Middle East practice, collaborating with other senior lawyers on complex transactions and client relationships.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in fund formation and investment management transactions
• Track record of originating and leading cross-border finance and fund matters
• Strong client relationships with institutional investors or asset managers relevant to the region
