Seeking a lateral partner to lead and expand a finance & banking practice in the firm's Los Angeles office. The role focuses on leveraged and structured finance transactions for a mix of corporate and sponsor clients.

The successful candidate will run and grow a practice group, manage complex deal execution, and collaborate with colleagues across offices. A portable practice or demonstrated origination ability is welcomed.

Established partner with significant experience in leveraged finance and structured finance transactions
Track record of leading deals, supervising teams, and managing client relationships
Strong business development and origination capabilities; portable book of business welcomed
Bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction and ability to work from the Los Angeles office
