A growing national law firm is building its Finance & Banking presence in Sarasota and seeks a lateral partner to lead and expand the practice locally. The role offers responsibility for originating and managing complex commercial finance matters while working with a broader national team.

Ideal candidates will bring an established lending and commercial finance practice, demonstrable client relationships, and experience supervising deal teams. There is openness to a portable practice and a leadership role in developing business in the region.

Established experience in banking and commercial finance transactions (loan documentation, asset-based lending, commercial lending)
Proven client origination and relationship management; portable practice welcomed
Admissions to practice and ability to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (Florida)
Experience managing and mentoring associates and collaborating with cross-office teams
