Experienced finance and banking partner sought to join a busy Seattle practice. The role will focus on delivering commercial banking, lending and finance advice to a mixed portfolio of regional and national borrowers and lenders.

Established partner-level experience in banking and finance transactions.
Proven ability to originate and manage client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Strong drafting, negotiation and deal-management skills on commercial lending matters.
Bar admission in the hiring jurisdiction or eligibility to transfer.
