Leading Seattle office seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its Finance & Banking and Corporate practices. The role focuses on private equity and venture capital transactions, representing sponsors and growth companies on a range of financings and M&A-related matters.

The partner will originate and lead client matters, manage and grow client relationships, and mentor deal teams across finance and corporate workstreams. This is an opportunity to join a full-service office with strong transactional capability and cross-practice resources.

Portable client relationships and an established transactional practice are welcomed and will be a key consideration in the hire.

Proven partner-level experience in private equity and venture capital transactions
Demonstrable track record leading complex financings and corporate deals
Ability to originate business and grow client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong team leadership and mentoring skills
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
