Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy Finance and Corporate practice based in Wilmington. The role focuses on advising investment and asset managers, supporting fund formation and investment-management transactions, and leading client engagements across the region.

This is a client-facing leadership role: you will handle complex finance and corporate matters, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow a commercial investment-management practice from the office. Portable business and an established network in the asset-management sector are welcomed.

Admitted to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Proven partner-level experience in finance, corporate, or investment-management work
Track record of originating or cultivating client relationships; portable practice preferred
Strong drafting, negotiation and client management skills; ability to supervise and develop associates
Commercial judgment and willingness to participate in business-development initiatives
