Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Finance and Insurance practices in the Los Angeles office. The role will focus on transactional finance and insurance matters (excluding insurance coverage and defense work).

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop business, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex transactions for corporate and institutional clients. This is an opportunity to build and expand a portable practice within an established platform.

Established partner with significant experience in finance and insurance transactions.
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships and developing a portable practice.
Strong technical skills in transactional finance and insurance-related deals; courtroom/coverage defense experience is not required.
Ability to lead teams, mentor junior lawyers, and work collaboratively across practice groups.
