The role will work on high‑value matters alongside established trial and transactional teams and collaborate with offices across the U.S.
The firm is looking for an experienced partner who can handle complex patent and antitrust disputes linked to private‑equity and technology clients, while also contributing to finance-related transactions and counseling. Portable practice welcome — the role is intended for a partner with an existing, transferable client base who can develop business within the firm’s private equity, life sciences/tech, and energy industry relationships.
- Established partner-level credentials and track record in one or more of: patent litigation (life sciences/technology), antitrust litigation, and finance/private‑equity matters.
- Proven ability to originate and bring portable client relationships; comfort working as a lead on complex, high‑stakes matters.
- Excellent litigation and/or transactional skills, with experience coordinating multi‑office teams.
- Admission to the DC bar (or eligible for admission) and ability to work from the Washington, D.C. office.
