Partner — Finance, Intellectual Property & Litigation, Minneapolis

Senior partner hire to lead and grow an established finance and intellectual-property litigation practice from the Minneapolis office. The role blends patent litigation work with leveraged and structured finance matters, and will work across transactional and contentious matters.

The successful candidate will be client-facing and expected to originate and manage high-value matters, supervise teams, and collaborate with other practice leaders to expand regional and national coverage.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation and related IP disputes
• Track record on leveraged/structured finance matters or ability to develop finance-related workstreams
• Strong business development, client relationship and team leadership skills
• Licensed to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s)
