Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Atlanta team focusing on healthcare and life sciences disputes with a significant technology and digital-health component. The role will involve managing complex litigation, counseling healthcare and life-sciences clients on technology-related risk, and developing market-facing practice initiatives.

Ideal candidate will have a portable litigation practice, proven client relationships, and the ability to originate and lead matters. The role offers firm support for business development and collaboration across healthcare, life-sciences and technology teams.

Established partner with substantial healthcare and life-sciences litigation experience, including technology-related disputes.
Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business preferred.
Strong litigation and courtroom skills, plus experience advising on regulatory/risk issues in healthcare or digital health.
Bar admission and standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
