Leading US law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Salt Lake City team to lead matters at the intersection of healthcare, life sciences and technology. The role focuses on contentious work — defending and prosecuting complex healthcare and life-sciences disputes and advising on digital-health and technology-related regulatory and litigation risks.

The partner will work with cross-practice teams (healthcare, life sciences, technology) to expand and service a national client roster. Candidates should be entrepreneurial, ready to develop business in the region, and able to supervise associates and manage high-stakes matters from intake through trial or resolution.

A portable practice or demonstrable client relationships in healthcare/life sciences litigation or digital health matters will be valued.

Established partner-level litigation experience with a focus on healthcare and life sciences disputes; experience with digital health or technology-linked matters preferred.
Track record of leading complex, high-stakes cases (motion practice, depositions, and trial experience desirable).
Proven client-development ability and experience supervising and mentoring associates.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to become admitted; willingness to work from the Salt Lake City office.
