Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Atlanta

Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property Litigation group in Atlanta. The role focuses on managing and leading high-value patent litigation matters across district court and ITC forums, working with a national IP practice team.

The team handles complex, technology-driven disputes; the partner will develop case strategy, lead trial teams, and mentor junior lawyers. This is a visible role with opportunity to grow an existing or portable practice and collaborate with cross‑office specialists.

• Established partner with substantial patent litigation experience (district court and/or ITC).
• Proven track record of leading litigation teams and handling complex technology disputes.
• Portable client relationships or demonstrated ability to originate and grow business.
• Bar admission and ability to practice in the relevant jurisdictions; trial experience preferred.
