The team is seeking a trial-ready lawyer who will manage and develop client relationships, lead multi-disciplinary litigation teams, and contribute to business development. This is a visible role with significant responsibility for case strategy and courtroom advocacy.

Proven partner-level patent litigation experience, including lead counsel experience in district court and/or ITC matters
Track record of trial and dispositive motion experience; strong technical aptitude
Demonstrated ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice or substantial book of business preferred
Excellent leadership, client-management and business-development skills
