Partner, Intellectual Property Litigation — Boston

Senior lateral opportunity for an experienced IP litigator to join a highly regarded US law firm’s Boston office. The role focuses on leading patent litigation and patent prosecution matters across district court and ITC forums, working with national litigation teams and technology clients.

The practice offers client-facing responsibility, case leadership, and the chance to develop and grow an IP litigation practice within a full-service platform. The team handles high-stakes patent disputes and strategic prosecution counseling for technology-focused clients.

• Established experience leading patent litigation and patent prosecution matters
• Strong courtroom and/or contested-proceeding experience (district court, ITC or equivalent)
• Proven ability to originate or grow client relationships and a portable practice
• Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
