Leading national firm seeking an experienced lateral partner to join the Intellectual Property team in Seattle. The role combines patent prosecution and patent litigation work across technology-focused matters and requires both courtroom and client-facing capabilities.

The partner will handle complex patent disputes, supervise and develop junior lawyers, and work closely with cross-practice teams. Significant business development and relationship management responsibilities are expected; candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination are encouraged to apply.

Established partner-level experience in patent litigation and patent prosecution
Proven track record of managing complex IP matters and leading teams
Demonstrable client development experience; portable book of business preferred
Active bar admission and ability to practice in Washington (or qualifying admissions)
Strong technical understanding relevant to high-tech patent portfolios
