A leading international law firm is seeking a partner to join its West Palm Beach office and strengthen its patent litigation capabilities. The role will focus on high‑stakes IP disputes across district courts and the ITC, working with an established litigation platform.

The firm is looking for a partner who can lead matters, manage teams, and engage directly with clients. A portable practice or demonstrable track record of originating and maintaining client relationships is a strong positive.

Established patent litigation background with substantial trial and dispositive motion experience
Proven ability to originate and maintain client relationships/a portable practice
Strong leadership and team management skills; comfortable supervising associates and support staff
Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s); patent bar admission a plus where applicable
