Partner — Intellectual Property Litigation, Wilmington

An established law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Wilmington office to lead and expand a patent litigation practice. The role will focus on managing complex patent disputes and supervising litigation teams across federal courts.

This is a front‑line partner role for an attorney with a demonstrated track record in patent litigation and an ability to originate and develop client relationships. The hiring team is open to candidates with a portable practice and will consider partners bringing business.

• Proven partner‑level experience in patent litigation and IP disputes
• Strong trial and case‑management skills, including supervising associates and support staff
• Demonstrable client development ability; portable practice welcomed
