The practice offers a mix of litigation, counseling and transactional IP work, with opportunities to work on nationally significant matters and collaborate with colleagues across offices. The team seeks an entrepreneurial partner who can help grow and deepen client relationships and contribute to practice development.

Established IP partner with a strong record of leading matters and managing teams.
Portable client relationships or demonstrable business-development capability.
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction (California preferred) and strong technical or IP credentials.
Excellent written and oral advocacy skills and experience working on complex, high-stakes IP matters.
