Leading German law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in the Chemnitz office. The role combines client advisory on IP and technology matters with business development responsibility for the regional practice.

The successful candidate will lead and grow a portable IP/technology practice, work on a mix of advisory and contentious matters, and help develop relationships with corporate clients and local industry. The team offers strong institutional support and collaboration across Germany.

Established partner-level experience in intellectual property and technology law
Proven track record of originating and managing client matters; demonstrable portable practice preferred
Strong commercial awareness and client development ability
Admission to practice in Germany (or equivalent) and fluency in German; English proficiency for cross-border work
