Partner, International Arbitration — Paris

Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its international arbitration capability in the Paris office. The role is focused on building and leading complex arbitration matters across multiple jurisdictions.

The successful candidate will take a senior client-facing role, manage and grow a team of arbitration lawyers, and work closely with other practice groups on cross-border disputes. The position offers an opportunity to handle high-stakes, multi-jurisdictional matters and to help shape a growing disputes practice in Paris.

A portable practice is required; candidates should be prepared to bring an existing client base and to develop new business within the Paris market and internationally.

• Established partner-level experience in international arbitration and related dispute resolution.
• Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; ability to bring a portable practice.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-management experience in a major disputes practice.
• Admission or eligibility to practice in relevant jurisdictions and experience on cross-border matters.
