Leading international law firm seeks a senior litigation partner to join its Dubai office and help grow a regional dispute resolution practice. The role combines client development, case leadership and senior-level courtroom and arbitration work across commercial disputes.

The successful candidate will lead complex matters, manage and mentor teams, and proactively develop business in the Gulf region. A demonstrable portable practice or proven ability to generate and retain major client relationships is required.

Established partner-level litigation experience in commercial disputes and arbitration
Proven track record of originating and managing significant client relationships (portable book of business)
Experience leading teams and supervising complex, high-value matters
Admitted to practice in a recognised jurisdiction; eligible or able to obtain the right to practise in the UAE
