Seeking a lateral partner to join a busy litigation and employment practice in Wilmington. The role will handle commercial litigation, employment and labor matters, and related professional liability and healthcare disputes, including construction-related litigation.

The partner will lead client relationships, manage litigation teams, and work across practice groups to service private and institutional clients. The position is suitable for an experienced litigator with a portable practice or the ability to develop client business regionally.

Proven partner-level litigation and employment practice experience; trial and courtroom experience preferred.
Demonstrable experience handling professional liability, healthcare, and construction-related disputes.
Track record of originating or cultivating client relationships; portable book of business welcome.
Admission to the relevant state bar and ability to work in the Wilmington office; strong team leadership and business development skills.
