Top-tier law firm seeks a lateral partner to strengthen its New York litigation team with a focus on healthcare and technology-related disputes. The role will handle complex defense matters including False Claims Act and managed-care litigation, alongside business litigation arising from AI, cybersecurity and cryptocurrency issues.

Established litigation partner with significant experience in healthcare disputes and FCA defense or comparable complex commercial litigation.
Proven track record in handling high-stakes motions, investigations, and courtroom matters; experience with technology-related litigation (AI, cybersecurity, crypto) preferred.
Strong client development and relationship-management skills; ability to work collaboratively across practice groups.
Active admission to the New York bar or eligibility to become admitted.
