Partner — Litigation & Intellectual Property, New York

Leading national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its New York office to grow litigation, intellectual property litigation and corporate-related practices. The role emphasizes partners who can originate and develop high-value matters and collaborate across product-liability, mass-torts and ERISA-related matters.

The successful candidate will join a multi-discipline team handling contested litigation and IP disputes, working with experienced associates and partners across U.S. offices. This is a practice-growth role with expectations around client development, cross-selling and leadership within the group.

• Established partner with demonstrable experience in litigation and/or IP litigation; corporate litigation experience welcomed.
• Proven record of originating and managing client matters; a portable book of business is preferred.
• Ability to supervise teams, develop junior lawyers and collaborate across offices.
• Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and good standing.
