The role will involve leading courtroom matters, managing high‑stakes investigations, and advising clients across the intersection of regulated industries and capital markets.

Successful candidates will collaborate with cross‑practice teams (securities, healthcare, regulatory) and help grow a market-facing practice in the region. A portable practice or demonstrable business development track record will be considered in alignment with partnership expectations.

Established partner-level experience in securities litigation, white‑collar defense, or healthcare/life‑sciences disputes.
Proven trial and/or contested‑motion experience and a record of leading teams in complex matters.
Demonstrated business development capabilities or a portable practice appropriate for a partnership role.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or willingness to become admitted; strong client relationship and management skills.
