Top-tier international law firm seeks a lateral partner to lead and grow its maritime and transportation practice from the Dubai office. The role offers a high-profile, market-facing platform to advise shipowners, charterers, insurers and logistics clients on contentious and non-contentious shipping, admiralty and commercial transport matters.

The successful candidate will join an established regional team and be expected to contribute commercially and operationally, developing business across the Gulf and broader Middle East. A demonstrable portable practice or established client relationships in the sector are required.

Proven partner-level experience in maritime/shipping and transportation law.
Established, portable client relationships or an existing book of business in the sector.
Strong track record advising on both contentious admiralty and transactional/commercial shipping matters.
Experience working in or advising clients across the Middle East; English fluency required.
