You will handle complex patent disputes, including Hatch-Waxman and life sciences matters, trade secrets, and technology-related cases. The ideal candidate brings a portable practice and a commitment to teamwork and excellence.

• Significant patent litigation experience at the partner or counsel level, with a focus on life sciences (including Hatch-Waxman) and technology matters, including semiconductor work.
• Established client relationships and business development ties in the pharmaceutical, biosimilars, and technology sectors, including Asia-based clients.
• Strong legal acumen and trial experience in patent and trade secret litigation.
• Committed to a collaborative, team-oriented culture.
• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
