Senior litigation partner role for an established US practice seeking a lead patent litigator with a strong life‑sciences and technology focus. The role covers Hatch‑Waxman litigation, patent disputes, trade secrets matters and selected semiconductor/technology cases.

Ideal candidates will bring experience managing complex, cross‑border matters and established client relationships across pharma, biosimilars and Asia‑based technology companies. The role includes active client matters and opportunity to grow the practice through business development.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner‑level experience in patent litigation, including Hatch‑Waxman matters
• Track record of handling life‑sciences and technology disputes (patents, trade secrets)
