Established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and lead its Boulder real estate and construction practice. The role will involve handling complex commercial real estate transactions, construction-related matters and related advisory work for regional clients.

Ideal candidates will have a seasoned transactional and/or litigation background in real estate and construction, a demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships, and experience working with hospitality or succession-planning matters is a plus. The hire will work closely with regional and national teams to grow the practice.

Partner-level experience in commercial real estate and/or construction matters.
Track record of client origination and business development; a portable practice or demonstrable referral network preferred.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to manage senior client relationships and lead deal teams.
Admitted or able to be admitted to practice where required; experience collaborating across offices.
