Senior partner-level opportunity within a well-regarded German law firm’s Frankfurt office, joining the Real Estate & Construction practice. The role combines advisory and contentious work on large-scale construction and infrastructure projects for institutional and corporate clients.

The team advises on project development, contract negotiation, claims and dispute resolution, and construction-related regulatory matters. The firm is looking for an experienced partner who can lead mandate delivery, mentor junior lawyers, and strengthen client relationships across the practice.

There is flexibility on profile and the firm is open to candidates with a portable practice or demonstrable client origination ability.

Established partner-level record in construction and real estate law, with experience on complex construction and infrastructure matters.
Proven client development skills and experience managing and growing a team; openness to candidates with a portable practice.
German-qualified (admission to practice in Germany) and fluent in German and English.
Strong commercial awareness, excellent drafting and negotiation skills, and experience handling disputes and contentious matters.
