Seeking a partner-level real estate and construction lawyer to lead and expand a busy practice in Kansas City. The role focuses on high-value commercial real estate and construction matters, client relationship management, and supervising multi-disciplinary teams.

The hire will handle transactional and project work, mentor junior lawyers, and drive business development. Candidates with a portable practice or proven ability to originate and grow client work are encouraged to apply; the team is open to considering candidates from outside the immediate market.

Established partner-level experience in commercial real estate and construction law
Proven track record of leading transactions and managing client relationships
Strong business-development skills; portable book of business or demonstrable origination ability preferred
Experience supervising and mentoring associates and working collaboratively across practice groups
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission
