Leading international law firm seeks a senior restructurings partner to join its Dubai office and grow a cross-border turnaround and insolvency practice. The role will advise lenders, creditors’ committees, sponsors and corporates on complex restructurings, solvent restructurings, distressed financings and related insolvency proceedings across the Middle East and Asia.

The successful candidate will help develop regional market presence, lead multi-jurisdictional teams and work closely with finance and dispute resolution colleagues on contentious and non-contentious matters. The role is suitable for an established partner with an existing portable practice or clear business-development plan for the region.

Proven partner-level experience in restructurings, insolvency or distressed finance.
Track record of leading cross-border matters and managing teams in the Middle East region.
Strong client-development skills and ability to originate or grow a portable practice.
Admission to practise in a relevant common-law jurisdiction; UAE licensing or willingness to obtain local licence preferred.
