Partner, Tax — Dallas

A partner-level appointment on this brief is decided by what the practice can carry across, far more than on any headline figure.

Leading national tax practice is seeking a lateral partner to join its Dallas office. The role will lead client engagements across corporate tax planning, federal and state tax controversy, and transactional tax matters.

The successful candidate will be expected to grow and manage a market-facing tax practice, work collaboratively with deal teams and cross-practice groups, and mentor associates.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in corporate and transactional tax matters
• Track record of business development and client relationship management
