Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a tax-focused litigation practice in our Salt Lake City office. The role combines tax controversy and dispute work with courtroom and appellate matters, providing a platform to handle sophisticated client disputes.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team and will be expected to manage matters, mentor junior lawyers, and contribute to practice development across tax and litigation streams. Portable practice or existing client relationships are welcome.

Established practice in tax controversy and litigation, with demonstrable courtroom or appellate experience.
Proven ability to originate and develop client work; portable business preferred.
Experience managing teams and mentoring associates.
Active bar admission and good standing; strong written and oral advocacy skills.
