Partner — Tax, Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto)

Leading national firm seeks a lateral Tax Partner to join its Silicon Valley (East Palo Alto) office. The role focuses on providing high-level tax advice to corporate and transactional clients across federal and state tax matters and supporting growth of a market-facing tax practice in the region.

The position offers a platform to lead engagements, manage and mentor a team of tax lawyers, and collaborate with corporate and transactional desks. Candidates with a portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and develop client relationships are encouraged to apply.

• Established tax partner with significant US federal and state tax experience.
• Track record of leading client engagements and managing junior lawyers.
• Proven business development ability; portable client relationships a strong plus.
• Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction and able to work from the Silicon Valley office.
