Midlevel Patent Litigation Associate Attorney

A leading international law firm is seeking midlevel associates to join its nationally ranked patent litigation group. The role is open across multiple U.S. offices in a hybrid working arrangement.

Associates will handle patent disputes as part of a collaborative team, contributing to a sophisticated and highly regarded litigation practice.

The position offers an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid holidays, and family care benefits.

The annual compensation range for this role is $260,000 to $420,000, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Three or more years of experience litigating patent disputes
• A degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or a similar field is preferred
• Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated interest in patent litigation
• Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills
