Apply in confidence →Join a leading international law firm's Munich patent litigation team to work on high‑value patent disputes for innovative clients. The role covers contentious and non‑contentious patent work, with regular litigation before German courts, the Federal Patent Court, proceedings at the European Patent Office and cases before the Unified Patent Court.
You will work on cross‑border matters as part of an international practice group and will be involved in UPC matters from an early stage. The team offers structured professional development, international training modules and a range of wellbeing and inclusion initiatives.

- Two fully satisfactory German state examinations (Zwei vollbefriedigende Staatsexamen)
- Good English skills (business level)
- Interest in technical subject matter and patent litigation
- Strong team‑orientation and commercial awareness
- Doctorate (Promotion) or foreign LL.M. desirable but not required
