Personal Injury Defense Senior Counsel

Our client, a national law firm, seeks a Personal Injury Defense Senior Counsel with at least five years of experience to join its California practice. This is a non-partnership-track position that can be based in Los Angeles, Oakland, or a virtual office.

• Active California bar license and residency in California
• Minimum of five years of experience in civil litigation, including transportation claims and motor vehicle accidents
• Experience with California state court and civil procedure
• Excellent academic credentials, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Superior judgment and ability to manage multiple projects while articulating legal strategies
