Private Equity Junior/Mid-Level Associate

Our client, a premier global law firm, is seeking a 2nd to 5th year corporate associate to join its Private Equity Group. The role focuses on representing private equity sponsors in the acquisition and disposition of portfolio companies. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong transactional experience and a desire to work on sophisticated matters in a collaborative, high-performance environment.

Qualified candidates will have:

• Relevant law firm experience in private equity and M&A transactions;
• Strong academic credentials;
• Admission to practice law and good standing in the jurisdiction where they will be based.

This position is available in multiple U.S. offices, including New York, Chicago, Boston, and Washington, D.C. The expected annual salary range for this role is $235,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience and other relevant factors.

Candidates must have experience representing private equity sponsors in acquisitions and dispositions of portfolio companies. Strong academic credentials and relevant law firm experience are required. Candidates must be admitted to practice law and in good standing in the jurisdiction where they reside.
