We are expanding our Private Equity practice in Frankfurt and are seeking experienced lawyers to join our team. You will advise national and international clients on the full spectrum of private equity transactions, including acquisitions, fund structuring, management participation models, financing transactions, and related tax and capital markets law matters.

Qualified lawyer (m/f/d) with professional experience in private equity
