Join a well‑regarded Spanish law firm’s real estate and urban planning team based in Madrid. The team advises on a range of real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, developments, planning and land‑use, and associated transactional work.

The role offers exposure to cross‑disciplinary matters, working with developers, investors and public‑sector counterparts on transactional and regulatory issues. You will work day‑to‑day on due diligence, contract drafting and negotiation, and regulatory/urbanism analysis.

Law degree and qualification to practise in Spain.
Experience in real estate and urban planning matters (transactional and regulatory).
Strong drafting, negotiation and due‑diligence skills.
Good client‑facing ability and comfortable working in a team environment.
